This is a single origin coffee that varies with current in house coffees. Roasted for espresso using modern techniques to bring out the predominant flavor of the origin, producing interesting flavors unique for the espresso drinkers palate.
Currently the new origin is Papua New Guinea, Korofeigu Organic
flavor notes: caramel, citrusy, honeyed aroma, and heavy body.
