Indulge in the flavors of Ethiopia with this exquisite Ethiopia Mokamba Natural Coffee.
The Mokamba coffee is a unique blend sourced from three distinct regions. Predominantly, it features coffee beans from Kambata, renowned for its ginger production, combined with specially selected beans from Sidama and Wolyata. These Arabica heirloom cherries are cultivated at elevations ranging from 1,500 to 1,800 meters above sea level.
Following the harvest season, which occurs between October and December, the cherries undergo patio drying. The meticulous blending of the three green coffees results in a well-balanced natural-process flavor profile, offering notes of sweet berry, grape, and chocolate, complemented by a velvety, creamy body.
