Mokamba is a multi regional/zone blend from Kembata, Sidama, and Wolayita. Coffees are blended to produce a specific cup character consistency. Natural process means the coffee seeds were dried in the cherry (fruit) and then milled off once the seeds reached there prescribed moisture level.
Notable winey aromas of blueberry and strawberry’s. lemon/lime acidity finishes clean with lingering sweet flavors of berries. Creamy body.
