Triple sorted for quality and air roasted using our vintage Sivetz fluid bed roasting system, this coffee delivers depth without the muddy heaviness often associated with traditional Sumatras.

Unlike conventional drum roasting, our vintage Sivetz air roasting process suspends the coffee in a stream of hot air rather than tumbling beans against heated metal. This creates cleaner flavor development and exceptional roast consistency, especially with challenging coffees like wet-hulled Sumatras.
