Grown in the volcanic highlands of North Sumatra, this Grade 1 Triple Pick Mandheling reveals a cleaner, more refined side of Indonesian coffee. Triple sorted for quality and air roasted using our vintage Sivetz fluid bed roasting system, this coffee delivers depth without the muddy heaviness often associated with traditional Sumatras.

 

The result is a smooth, approachable cup with gentle sweetness, clean earthy character, and mild acidity that keeps everything balanced. Rich enough to satisfy seasoned coffee drinkers and smooth enough to become an everyday favorite.

 

Unlike conventional drum roasting, our vintage Sivetz air roasting process suspends the coffee in a stream of hot air rather than tumbling beans against heated metal. This creates cleaner flavor development and exceptional roast consistency, especially with challenging coffees like wet-hulled Sumatras.
